Marichal Ketin is a Belgian company based in Liège (Sclessin), specializing in the manufacturing of cast iron rolls. Founded by the engineer Jean Marichal-Ketin in 1911, the company swiftly specialized in the manufacturing of cast iron rolls for the rolling of flat products.
Today, MK employs a staff of around 140 members and is renowned internationally for its innovative technical solutions.
Tailoring each roll to the specific requirements of every mill is a fundamental standard at MK. Their facilities at MK empower them to manufacture work rolls ranging from 4 to 40 tons, with barrel diameters between 475 and 1,350 mm. They boast an annual production capacity of 8,500 tons of finished rolls, equivalent to 750/850 rolls with an average weight of 10/11 tons.
